Yvonne Rowland, Head of Department & Financial Administrator

With more than 12 years in Kingsberry Strata and our longest serving member, Yvonne is a dedicated and professional member of our team.  As our financial administrator, Yvonne has oversight of all financial transactions involving body corporate funds while overseeing day to day administration operations of the building.  

Localising the financial management of our buildings allows us to have a constant and crystal clear understanding of the financial position of our buildings, and enables us to minimise body corporate fees’, reduce friction for our stakeholders and enhance the experience of living within a strata community for our clients.

Jenny Jones, Senior Strata & Body Corporate Manager

With a commitment to her clients that is second to none, Jenny’s belief in the importance of clear, concise communication is limitless.  As our senior Body Corporate manager, Jenny’s strengths lie in her ability to work positively through any situation and provide practical, straight-forward and ethical guidance to all stakeholders.

Jenny assists owner's to facilitate committee, annual, and extraordinary general meetings, inclusive of preparation of minutes and completion of whatever is required at their conclusion.

Judy Smith, Body Corporate Manager


An integral part of the KIngsberry Strata team, Judy is committed to ensuring that each of her clients enjoys the very best experience with Kingsberry Strata. 

Responsible for the day to day management of a suite of buildings, Judy's conscientious approach to client service guarantee's a positive experience.  ​

Deborah Morgan, Assistant to Management team 

Deborah (Deb) works alongside our senior management team daily, providing support and operating as an additional point of contact for our stakeholders.  

Responsible for the execution of many of the day to day activities in running a strata scheme or following up on meeting outcomes, Deb is committed to following each and every activity to completion.

Emily Cavanough, Administrative assistant

Emily also works alongside our senior manaagement team, provdiing back end support to assist in conistencty of delivery to our clients.  

Responsible for maintaining our client contact databases, meeting management and file maintenance Emily provides the backbone for the smooth opertation of our administrative process.

Taylor Reedy, Front Office


As the face of Kingsberry Consolidated Taylor is the first point of contact for most people interacting with our business.  

Taylor is dedicated to the client experience and will go out of her way to make sure that your experience is a positive one.

Ben Kingsberry, Managing Director

As managing director of Kingsberry Strata, Ben provides oversight to the business and is dedicated to ensuring that each of our clients continues to receive top tier service.  Ben’s excellent understanding of the Strata environment coupled with Real Estate and Valuation background allows Kingsberry Strata to ensure that our advice is in the best interests of our clients, and avoids negative impacts.

Ben works closely with the Strata Management team and will be available for consultation and advice where required, also attending committee and general meetings as required.
